Partnering

Partnering can be fun. Face your partner and hold on to their wrists, standing a couple of feet from each other. Make sure that you are holding on tightly to the wrists and then tilt the pelvic region forward and lean back. Try to balance your weight evenly with your partner. This exercise tones the waist and back and gives strength to shoulders and arms.

The picture shows an example of partnering, but of a different sort!
